ボックスを車に挿入しても反応がなく、ボックスが赤く点灯する場合
次の方法を試みて下さい：
携帯電話は WIFI の調査信号をつけます: VOLKSW の始めの信号
パスワード: 12345678
次に、アップル携帯に付属しているブラウザを開き、URLを入力します： 192.168.50.2
ボックスの背景ページから飛び出しますので、一番下の白い点をクリックしてください。
Feedback “をクリックし、質問を記入してください。
質問を記入してスクリーンショットを完成させ、私たちに送信し、[ログを送信]をクリックします。
背景は、記入された質問によると、このログを検索し、バージョンアップをプッシュします。
Unfortunately I have this problem too, but if the dongle (U2W-01-PLUS) is fully booted, there is no Wifi that I can connect to.
I had already contact to WhatsApp-Support with no success yet.
We tried:
– to unplug and plug the dongle to cars USB port
– to delete existing CarPlay/Bluetooth connections and connect again.
– to reset the head unit
– to use another iPhone
Last try was to upgrade with an USB flash drive. Also with no success, because the APK-file (is this the right one?) I got, did not start the upgrade process. (Tried diffent drives in diffent sizes from different manufactures formatted in FAT32 allocation size 1024).
